    Job Description: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a freelance basis, estimating ten (10) hours per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating a variety of marketing activities, ensuring smooth operations, and driving follow-ups from leadership meetings. This role requires proficiency in project management and marketing tools including Monday.com and Mailchimp, as well as exceptional organizational and communications skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Action Follow-ups from Leadership Meetings:
      • Attend leadership meetings and actively listen to discussions.
      • Capture action items and ensure follow-ups are documented and managed through to execution.
      • Assign next steps and owners, tracking progress in Monday.com.
    • Marketing Operations:
      • Facilitate bi-directional integration between Mailchimp (Marketing Automation Platform) and Monday.com (Sales CRM).
      • Set up and manage email campaigns in Mailchimp, tracking their success.
      • Data cleaning, reconciliation and maintaining email hygiene.
      • Event list management and uploading.
      • Webinar management – setup systems, forms, follow up surveys, link setup and management
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to order swag and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
      • Coordinate all conference/event logistics, including setup, during-conference activities, and follow-up.
      • Maintain sales and marketing databases, reconcile systems, and review email performance metrics.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a marketing coordinator/Mailchimp administrator or similar role.
    • Mailchimp experience in list management
      • Checking and properly managing duplicates
      • Mailchimp mapping
      • Reviewing and cleaning bounces.
    • Expert in Mailchimp.
      • Experience creating Mailchimp automations.
    • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com.
    • Experienced in Monday
      • Managing projects
      • Creating automations
      • Merging boards.
    • Proficiency in Excel. Social Media content creation, post management and experience building successful social media strategies.
    • Knowledge of Zapier.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

    Rate: $25-$30 an hour, commensurate with experience.
