Customer Experience Strategy Conference – CXDay2024
Inaugural conference from New York-based consulting firm gathers leaders to build the business case for customer experience.
Brooklyn, NY—July 24, 2024
Customer experience firm The Petrova Experience announces CX Strategy Conference 2024: From Vision to Reality. The half-day event will be held Tuesday, October 1, from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Manhattan Oppenheimer Offices. Featured keynote speakers and panelists include leaders with experience at companies like Kate Spade New York, JetBlue Airways, Pfizer, and Airbnb, among others.
Executive attendees will explore strategies to demonstrate the path to ROI, ensuring that the CX business cases have the right KPIs and yield tangible benefits for their organizations.
The private, invite-only event includes opportunities to network with Senior Leaders across industries and to learn from best practices. Keynote topics include “Why Should CEOs Care about Customer Experience” and “How to Sustain Strong CX.” A panel of technology leaders will talk about “Leveraging AI to Create Great Customer Experience.” An executive-focused discussion, this technology conversation focuses on AI from the perspective of decision-makers, not vendors.
The conference host, Liliana Petrova CCXP, Founder and CEO of The Petrova Experience, says, “Given that today the US consumer perceptions of CX quality are at a historic low, [w]e are looking forward to providing the right executive guidance at the first in-person Experience Strategy Conference in our home city.” Monica Michalski, Director of Client Engagement adds, “our CX Strategy Conference captures the spirit of CXDay2024 because it brings together executives across industries and leadership viewpoints around a shared goal of leveraging customer experiences as a competitive advantage and differentiator that grows businesses.”
Ms. Petrova continues, “CXDay has always been a special day for our firm, and we are excited to continue our tradition of providing events and resources to empower executives through CX with our first in-person conference in New York.”
